The staff members were all respectful, the rooms were good basic and newly remodelled with value for the money and the bathroom and the queen bed. The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Wild State Cider. Moreover, there was a lake within 40 mins walk from the hotel.

The location was central, close to northern Minnesota as well as the restaurant next door. Also, Enger Tower was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Every time in Duluth we stay in this hotel. So glad we choose it, it's good base for staying in Duluth. The location is central.
